Every issue of School & Family Magazine goes through a simple process that makes it easy and worry free for your team.

Signing Up

Signing up for our services is simple and worry free. We will make sure you have everything you need and will walk you through this first step, including deciding on the title of your magazine and establishing a letter of participation for us to get started.

Personal Publishing Team

Your content manager will begin the process by scheduling deadline dates that best follow your district calendar. Once dates are set she will guide you through content ideas and will review our production process.

Layout & Production

Once the content manager has assisted in gathering and organizing your content, our skillful artist will begin the creation and layout of your magazine.

Step 4 image


Editing Process

Before you receive your first proof, our editing team will review the magazine and make corrections as necessary. Then your team will be given the opportunity to provide edits for a final proof.

Step 5 image


District Approval & Flipbook

You will always have final approval before heading to the last phases of production which is digital release and print. After your approval, a digital flipbook will be created and sent to you for distribution via emails, district website and social media.

Step 6 image



The same day that the digital flipbook is released we will begin the printing process. As an additional service to you the printed magazines will be packaged and shipped to your location for you to distribute as you wish.
